The first thing that you want to do to set your goals is go to Punchboard and go to the goals tab.

Then, we break it down by team members—considering individual strengths and roles—so that high performers can have higher goals while others have targets that align with their engagement level.
Tip: Hit "Apply to All" if you want each member to have the same monthly review goal.

Here, you can view your yearly online review goal, broken down by quarter for better tracking and planning.
4. Set the Dollar Amount
Next, consider the dollar value of each review for your business. Choose an incentive that will truly motivate your team to drive more reviews!
