This feature provides a breakdown of the number of reviews generated during a selected time period, along with the total rewards redeemed and those still available. You can also adjust the date range to analyze trends and track performance more effectively.
You can view your top performers within the selected date range, along with their favorite rewards. All of this data can be downloaded for easy tracking and analysis.
Another great feature allows you to view reward data by team member, including:
Number of reviews they’ve generated
Total earnings from rewards
Amount spent and remaining balance
For example, Mahala has generated 21 reviews, earning $1,000. She has spent $350 and still has $650 left to redeem. Clicking on her name will display a breakdown of her redeemed gift cards and their amounts.
All of this data is exportable as a CSV file, making it easy to share with your accounting team, which will make them happy!
