Does PunchBoard require a contract?

Nope! There is no obligation to continue using this service. We recommend giving it a try for 3-6 months to allow your team to get the hang of it and see its impact on your business.

Do we need to use other WebPunch services to sign up for PunchBoard?

PunchBoard is an independently offered service, so you don’t need to enroll in our online reputation services to participate. However, if you’re interested in our multi-location or franchise-based services, feel free to contact us!

Which type of company will benefit most from PunchBoard?

Any business that has multiple employees will benefit from PunchBoard! The magic happens on our platform when your team is incentivized to generate reviews on your behalf.

What rewards are available?

This is the beauty of PunchBoard: you can tailor your reward options to the interests and desires of your employees! We offer a plethora of options, ranging from restaurants to retail, getaways to gifts – the world of rewards is your oyster.

Are gift cards/rewards included in pricing?

No, this is up to you! We are happy to facilitate the distribution of these rewards, but each company is responsible for funding the gift cards and other reward options.

Is there a fee to purchase team rewards?

Yes, there is a 3.5% fee that covers credit card transaction costs that occur when you purchase your team’s rewards.

When am I charged for gift cards?

You’re only charged when a gift card is redeemed by an employee—not when it’s initially rewarded. This means you can grant a reward (e.g., for submitting a review), but you’ll only be billed once the employee actually claims their gift.

You can track both redeemed and unredeemed rewards—by employee and in total—on the Redemptions page for full visibility.

Does WebPunch make money off of the incentives/team rewards?

Not at all. The gift cards and rewards are purchased by you in PunchBoard and used on our platform as an incentive for your team.

Are gift cards sent to the business to distribute, or are they delivered directly to employees?

Gift cards are delivered digitally and sent directly to the employee’s email. There’s no need for the business to manually distribute them—everything is handled automatically.

The gift card transaction code isn’t working—what should I do?

The transaction code is not the same as your gift card code. To redeem your gift, use the gift card code provided in the email you received. If you can’t find the email or need help locating the correct code, feel free to contact support at [email protected] for assistance.

Why is my user not showing up after adding them?

If a user isn’t appearing after you've added them, it's likely because they haven't been assigned to a team yet. To ensure they show up correctly, go to your Team Settings, find the user, and add them to the appropriate team. Only users assigned to a team will be visible and active within PunchBoard.

Is there a downloadable app for PunchBoard?

PunchBoard doesn’t require a separate app download. It’s fully responsive, so you can use it seamlessly on any device—just open your browser and go to the PunchBoard URL.

I have a seasonal business—can I pause my account and keep my data?

Yes! If you run a seasonal business, you can pause your account at any time without losing your data. All of your boards, team info, and history will be safely stored and ready for you when you're back in action.
